The Olympic Cup was instituted by the Baron de Coubertin in 1906. It is now awarded to an institution or association with a general reputation for merit and integrity which has been active and efficient development of the Olympic Movement. The Cup remains at Campagne Mon-Repos, the recipient being given a bronze plaque and a diploma. |
