1. The OCOG is responsible for bringing the Olympic flame to the Olympic stadium. All
    arrangements for any torch relay and any use of the Olympic flame shall be carried out
    in strict compliance with the IOC Protocol Guide.

2. After the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games, any Olympic torch, cauldron or other
    device intended for any form of combustion of the Olympic flame may not be used, in
    any host city or elsewhere, without the approval of the IOC.
